Who this cohort is for

Senior practitioners

Security engineers, analysts and consultants with a few years of experience who want to step into a manager, director or CISO-track role.

New security managers

People recently promoted into leadership who need a working model for budget, headcount, reporting and program strategy.

GRC and privacy professionals

Risk, compliance, audit and privacy specialists who want to lead a program rather than support one.

Architects heading to the executive table

Architects who need to defend trade-offs to risk owners and executives, not only to engineering teams.

Cohort format

You learn alongside a small group of peers on a fixed weekly rhythm. Each week has one live session, one practical leadership deliverable, and written feedback on your work.

12 weekly live sessions

One 90-minute live group session per week, recorded so you can rewatch or catch up.

Weekly leadership deliverable

A short, practical assignment each week (a risk memo, a budget case, a board slide) with written feedback.

Choose a role track

Focus your deliverables on one of four tracks: CISO, Security Architect, Data Privacy Officer or Cybersecurity Director.

Capstone

In week 12 you present a 90-day leadership plan for your target role and receive structured feedback.
