These Terms govern your access to and use of techskillslibrary.com and related services (“Service”) operated by Tech Skills Library. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, notify us of unauthorized access, and take responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases and Payments

• Prices in USD unless noted; may change without notice.
• You authorize us (or our processors) to charge your payment method.
• All sales are subject to acceptance; we may cancel or refuse any order.
• Applicable taxes may apply as shown at checkout.

4. Digital Products

Tech Skills Library sells digital courses, PDFs, and related learning materials for immediate electronic delivery. Refund policies are described in our Refund Policy. Completing a purchase indicates your agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — text, graphics, logos, images, videos, courses, software, downloadables — is the property of Tech Skills Library or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for content you purchase.

6. User Content

If you submit content (comments, reviews, forum posts, uploads):

• You retain ownership.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
• You represent your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• We may remove user content that violates these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections on IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
